📋 Before Your Cleanse

Prepare for your cleanse by gradually cutting down on processed foods, caffeine, and alcohol in the days beforehand. This aids in reducing inflammation, preventing dehydration, and giving your digestive system a chance to rest and focus on detoxification. Hydrate well to ready your body for increased fluid intake during the cleanse.

⏳ During Your Cleanse

Staying hydrated throughout the day will help aid detoxification and reduce feelings of hunger. Light to moderate exercise is fine but we recommend limiting highly intensive exercise. Keep in mind hunger is a phase and will pass. It is also expected that your body takes time to adjust, so don't over do it!

🥗 Recommended Snacks

If you feel hungry, start with water and herbal tea. If you feel the need to eat, start with any vegetables you have convenient with fruit as a secondary option. Whilst our cleanses are designed to be consumed without food, it is important to listen to your body and adjust accordingly.
